Can I take this stuff on the airplane or checked bag?

hi im going on a trip to cuba and i was wondering if i can take a aerosol can of mousse is a 10.5oz could i take it on my luggage NOT my carry on ! and would they take it from me or would it like beep when they scan it.. ? also my mom has asma and she is doesnt know if she can bring her compressor nebulizer system.. like can she take it on the luggage that is for medicine.. or she has to carry it..? she really need that for her asma.. ?

Your mother should call the airline to see if she can bring that nebulizer or check the TSA website. You can take mousse in your checked luggage, there is a limit of 70 ounces total for personal hygiene products in aerosol form (hair spray, deodorant, mousse, insect repellent, shaving cream, etc.).
